Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still figuring it out I purchased this at the end of last fall. Only tried it out a few times with no luck. New to this type of lure though. Later found out was supposed to "Walk the Dog" with it. Fishing recently in a pond loaded with vegetation and remembered I had this. Some bass still on there beds and I spotted a few big ones in the weeds. I only had one fish hit it but it was a 2-3 lb. Largemouth, crushed it. Body collapsed and hooks worked well. Will keep trying it more. I noticed one time the hook point punctured the body but did not cause frog to take on water. The back legs just kind of drag behind the lure in a weird way, don't think the fish would really care. Can't get it to "walk" very well, could be me. I just kind of jerk it in little pops like I think a frog would swim.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great hook sets but thats about it Frog was great out of the box but after dragging a few fish out of mats it was damaged and I had to cut the legs off and make it the lt dan frog because the legs kept getting pushed up on the hooks making it come across the mats horribly

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lunkerhunt Combat Frog Do not buy the Combat frogs as they fill up with water immediately and the action is not nearly as good as the original and the popping frog. I have caught over 10 bass so far over 5lbs with the popping and original.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water log I Have lots of frogs. This one fills up with water every cast. Extremely disappointed. Most frogs get some water in them, but they don't fill up every cast and start to sink. I am not satisfied

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product got a 5.5lb bass first day using it. Great product works extremely well in heavy pads or right off shore

Rated 2 out of 5 by from One hit and unless. Was excited to use this frog because it looks so real. It casts really far which I like but it does ride really low even below the waterline most of the time. Didn't get a chance to catch a fish on it because a bass came up and hit one of the legs and pulled it off exposing the hole it was mounted in. I think I will caulk the hole and try this frog again because $8 ain't a cheap lure in my Book. I have a couple of those smaller frogs as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't stay afloat You would think a hollow body frog of today's standards would at least float. With this particular frog that is not the case. I tried this one at Guntersville and was quite disappointed. I had to squeeze out water after every cast because it would fill up soo fast. I will definitely stick to my Live Target frogs from here on out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not as durable as i hoped One of the legs pulled off very early in the morning on some Lilly pads. Never got any action but when I took it off and tried a $3 frog colored the same as this one I pulled in one on the first cast in the same spot I had thrown this frog. Unless you just got the money to spend, I wouldn't recommend it.
