Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice frog imitation This was a bit of an impulse buy, but it seems to work well. I haven't been able to get a good 'walk the dog' action out of it, but I don't think it's really designed for that. I find that a jerk/pause retrieve works much better for it. I haven't caught anything with it, but it does have a nice action that seems to mimic a live frog swimming fairly well. Plus it looks good up on the edge of a lily pad. My guess is that it will catch fish and it should work well in certain situations. I'll try to up date this a little later as I get to work with it more and I see it in action as the frog bite picks up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most realistic action I have personally used This bait is super realistic, love the way the legs react to each pull. Definitely one of the best I have used, the only down fall I would have with this product is the places I have been fishing this bait, I feel that it was maybe a little to big, have had a lot of good bites but not many catches, however I am aware that this is not a problem with the bait itself, just my choice in choosing the appropriate bait size for the targeted area. Therefore that's why I give it a 4 star and not a 5, just for my particular fishing needs. A great product, will be buying a smaller version.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but not as nice as it could be. Frog will catch doubt. The legs are my only issue. the feet of the back legs are light and need to be more responsive in the water. They just drag behind the frog on retrieval. If the feet were a little heavier or had thick round feet like some plastic lures have...i think the frog would look a little more like it's kicking in the water. Just a thought. I have about 5 of the these frogs so...i do like the product. You need a couple in your box. Be sure to use heavy braid, pulling pigs out of the pads takes some work. Will buy more too. the Yellow one is my favorite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It does get the strikes! I have actually got more strikes on this frog fishing beside people using a different style of frog. Those kicking legs are very durable, haven't had any torn off yet during the strike and the fight. I have one small issue, after checking a missed strike, I've noticed sometimes the hook will go into the side of the frog, after this happens a few times, a hole will be formed in the frog, and it will loose buoyancy. This most likely happens with smaller fish that aren't able to get the frog into their mouths, but with large fish, hook ups have a good success ratio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Froggy got legs action! I threw it around for an hour or two at my local pond seems nice and durable, had good swim action with the legs that are attached, seems to take on a little water too fast but that wasn't really a problem otherwise great top water frog.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product has good features, but could use a few tweaks to it hook ups are tough in ponds during middle of summer due to vegetation. the hooks are a little small and puncture the frog a good portion of my casts and bites due to the hooks being too small and the body being a little too bulky in the middle. better for a little more open water with less loose vegetation. overall it is a little tougher to get hook ups with its size of the hooks and the stiffness of the hollow body. the realistic look does seem to work very well and it does get a lot of bites. i could see it working very well and being a great product with a few tweaks. it is still a fun bait to use and gives some what of a challenge. personal preference but overall it is not a bad bait. if i was to get a lunkerhunt frog i would either switch to a little bigger size hook or buy one with more size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent top water plastic I purchased this frog to supplement the various other colors and sizes of frog baits in my tackle box. This is the most realistic frog of them all and on the first time out I got dozens of strikes with it on what was otherwise looking to be a slow day. This frog has great water shedding properties (i.e. it doesn't get waterlogged unless it's hit hard by a bass). The retrieve is very lifelike and it slides through the weeds easily without snagging.
