Nice Jersey But Difficult Return Experience

I bought this jersey online in two sizes since I wasn’t sure which would fit my child. Trying to return one of them was a ridiculous experience. They either scanned the wrong jersey or sent the wrong size when the jersey was mailed out, still not totally sure. But they said the jersey I had in person wasn’t the same item as in the order and were trying to refuse the return. I said it’s not my fault if the distribution location scanned and/or mailed out the wrong item! A manager finally was able to override something and I could return the item, but it was stupid how long it took and how the employee was acting like I was trying to scam them somehow. They said “oh yes these are from the New York location. They always send the wrong items.” Dumb!
