[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is almost exactly what I was looking for. It still serves my intended purposes but there are a couple of things I would change. First, I wish it was a little larger. As is, the gate openings are a touch small. Second I wish the red gate was not linked to the locking blue gate. I realize that this would mean both gates need to be locking instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been going back and forth with this carabiner. I do like it lot and it does address the issue of cross loading quite well. The DMM Ceros Quicklock Carabiner is my favorite for tubes and this has become my favorite for assisted device. I use it with the Mad Rock Lifeguard and of course they match up perfect. The only issue I have had is the belay loop side could be a smidgin larger. (really not a big deal-but why I gave 4 stars on ease of use) But on the positive the "red" gate operates both gates. Push the "red" gate and both open. The blue gate is independent if opened independently.
