Had Potential, But Going Back.

Just got back from a 800 mile round trip vacation. The installation directions were great, I mounted it myself, did not need 2 people (but I’m tall, 6’2), and was very sturdy, hardly any noise at all when driving. The biggest issue is the lock - it reminds me of a cheap lock on a kids diary or cheap luggage. On install the key got stuck, and it felt like the key was going to snap off if I forced a turn. The lock immediately bent with hardly any pressure, and the only way I got it to turn was to barely put the key in, wiggle it and eventually it would turn. So poorly made, already basically broken, so it’s going back. Other issue is the plugs they give you to plug holes on the bottom to keep rain out don’t fit tight and pop out as you travel, so things would get wet if it rains. A better lock and rain plugs and it would have been a keeper.

Worst Company In The World. Run Away.

Blew apart on a major bridge. Company blamed me for not closing correctly despite the latch not supposing to let you remove the key unless it’s locked correctly. Did not honor warranty. Complete waste of money.
