I bought a used kayak that weighs about 70 pounds and is a bear to get up on my roof rack. I had another Malone product so I trusted that this one would also be good quality. I was right. It makes rolling the kayak up on my car roof a breeze. I saw a YouTube video of a guy comparing it to one with three rollers. He complained that this one left him with dings all over his car. I dunno, I haven't had a problem. Just make sure that the surface is clean when you set these up, and make sure the suction cups are really on tightly before you load your canoe (they either are or they aren't). Sometimes I use a bit of spit under one cup to make it stick to the hatch of my Tesla Model Y. The hatch has a bit of a curve so the second suction cup doesn't always stay down, but the spit trick works.

💯 Worth The Purchase
Bought for my husband because I have a hard time lifting the kayaks and felt terrible watching him do it all on his own. Was a little skeptical that he'd even use it, but absolutely loves it! Can be used from back or the front if the vehicle
