I bought this two weeks ago, and it is a great bike rack. The only reason I give it a 4 is that it is really heavy. Loading bikes isn't bad, but I wish the Locking curve piece swiveled. That would make it easier to load the bikes. I think it is very secure when bikes are on it. Almost forgot the second thing I dislike about it, is the Locking pin. It isn't a pin, its a screw bolt. You have to buy the malone locking pin if you want to lock the Locking pin. I have a 2023 Traverse and the Locking pin has to be just screwes in just perfect for me to get the lock part on, because if its screwed in to much I can't because it is to close to my electrical plug.
