Came In Used And Broken.

Seemed like a fine rack. Looked neat. However, the one I got was clearly used and one of the hinges was completely broken. Unfortunately, I'm told it cant be exchanged and it will be 2-3 weeks just to get a refund. I'll have to buy one somewhere else to get it by the time I need it. In an age when online purchasing is so dialed in by most companies, this just an overall disappointing experience.

Do Not Purchase This From Dick's

This negative review is specifically for Dick's Sporting Goods, not for the ski carrier itself (which seems like it would be fine, if I could get one that isn't broken). I've bought this twice from Dick's. Both times I received a taped-up package that had obviously been returned previously. Both times the ski carrier inside was damaged. The first time it had clearly been used (covered in scratches; loose screws). The second time it had an obvious crack in it. It's pretty clear there's no quality control at the shipping warehouse. Buy somewhere else.
