Great lightweight sling. Better than others with the way it's sewn together leaving no rough stitching

Good slings that are what I wanted but they got the low score because they are old. The date on these slings is 2022. If these are only good for 10 years with zero use, then new slings should be new, not something that has been sitting in the warehouse for 4 years. I ordered these to replace my 10 year old slings on my alpine draws. I'm irritated that I have to replace these in 6 years.

These are the gold standard slings for alpine draws for a reason. No snags, just enough stiffness, and super strong and light. Highly recommend!

While I do a bit of climbing, I do a lot of canyoneering in Utah and I always bring a few of these slings for various purposes. I like using them for extending my rappel, hanging my pack while stemming, and extending my PAS while at the anchors. I think I've used them for several other purposes, but I do like them because they are strong, durable, lightweight, and I hang from them--trusting my life with them. They are good quality slings.

Perfect for my alpine draw for trad climbing - they are very light on my harness and I love how supple they are. Their stitching/bartack doesn't snag, unlike other brand's I've used.

It works perfectly for my quad anchors. 180cm is a sweet spot for length

Great for almost any use. Love it. Sometimes tight to untie, but not worse than other brands.

These slings have worked great from building anchors and personal anchors.

I love these lightweight slings, they hold up great to climbing abuse whether it's ice season or rock season. The price is more than fair, And they instill confidence while on the sharp end and while building anchors. They have a great stregnth rating and quality build you can trust.

My favorite slings for alpine draws; the smooth seam doesn't catch on things and is ideal for my climbs in summer and winter.

Very good multi-use sling, I use to build an anchor but also as a PAS. It is long enough for most uses, usually double over!

I mainly use these slings because the bartack is much smoother compared to other options

After using these slings, you just won't go back. the bar tacks on other slings create a catching point which can be super frustrating when extending or unextending alpine draws. The way mamut makes it a smooth transition from bartack to sling is (chefs kiss). When it comes to choosing gear, I feel like the biggest difference maker is having things that don't "act up" sometimes. The bartack not catching on things is definitely a great example of this.

Have not used this specific sling yet, but have used and am familair with other Mammut slings and they're great. They do exactly what you need them to.

This sling is super lightweight, durable, and super easy to handle. It folds into an alpine draw with ease, and the bar tack is very manageable. They've held up great on multi-pitches in the Gunks and in Yosemite. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this for anyone building out their trad/alpine rack. I paired mine with the Camp Dyon wiregates and really love the feel.
