Wonderful

I work full time in a harness and require a climbing helmet. The helmets have to be high-vis red or orange. This was perfect for what I need. Great for year round use, lots of adjustment room for different seasons and layers!! I have taken minor side and axial hits during working hours and it has protected me from what could be a serious injury! Highly recommend this helmet !

Best helmet in the game. Super light, fits well, and you forget it's there.

Nice And Sturdy Helmet

Keeps my head protected on my climbs on 14ers in colorado!

Very comfortable helmet, and nice color options. It is a one-size helmet, which means there's a large range for head sizes, which is convenient. My spouse has a large head, and this is the only helmet that can fit him without it hurting on the sides of his head. Other brands L/XL sized helmets are still too tight on his head, and we found this to be the only one that worked well. The downside for me is that I have a smaller head. It still fits well, but I have to tighten it so much, and it leaves an awkward-looking gap from the back of the head to the back of the helmet. This could be solved by having a smaller range of sizing, but then it would defeat the purpose of this being a one-sized product.

This Helmand is the best bang for your buck it’s a great starter helmet if your not worried about weight and very adjustable

Feels Cheap, Fell Apart On Arrival, Pulls Hair

Received product and immediately had the top cushioning come off, they come with extra sticky things to secure it in place but those don't work very well either. Also, now I have to worry about a foam piece coming off whenever I take the helmet off. The design isn't very hair friendly, frequently snags on those hairs that you don't put into a bun due to the sharp plastic edges, making up the vents and other fitting equipment. I would recommend getting the more styrofoamy style helmets, not a fan because it doesn't vent as well as this one. But as long as I don't have to worry about my comfort flying away whenever I take my helmet off I'd count it as a win.

This helmet was comfortable and fit a variety of head sizes.

Fantastic Climbing Helmet

This is the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned. I have a huge noggin and this handles it no problem. Easy to adjust and store. Looks great while wearing and stream lined enough that you do not look like an egg head.

Great Fit And Price!

Helmets like gloves are a complete crap shoot when it comes to sizing and this one fits great! The one-size-fits-all features a nice boa dial to let you...well, dial it in. You have plenty of room underneath for a beanie or soft cap. Luckily, I have not had to test it!

Great Helmet Mammoth

First just a huge fan of Mammoth stuff. Great gear, high quality and has a good look to it. This is a good helmet for climbing, biking, and honestly if you aren't worried about fashion on the jobsite can get away with it on some low key sites. The chin strap gets you points with the safety crew. But note it is not TYPE 2, so no help on that. Just type 1 and EN 12492. All good and Mammoth keep making cool stuff!

Great Helmet.

Seemed to sit a little back. But overall worked and served its purpose.

The helmet is light and pretty comfortable to wear. I have a big head and the adjustability is nice. Unsure on durability as I haven't used it yet due to canceled trips.

Better Than The Bd Half Dome

This helmet has a much better fit and overall feel than the BD half dome. vents great as well and looks amazing. I have taken many whippers and this has always protected me well.

The Best Lid For Your Dome.

I bought this helmet on a whim. I made a quick trip to Southern Utah and forgot my helmet. I ran into a local climbing shop the morning of my adventure, tried on every helmet they had and this one was the obvious choice. It's the most comfortable and secure feeling helmet I've worn in 10+ years of climbing. My trusty helmet at home will now be a backup for friends, because I can't NOT wear this one after wearing it once. The chin buckle is simple, it feels weightless on, and the purple color is so cute. I'd highly recommend.

Simple, Light, Clean, Fits

It's good. Seemingly standard solid light well fitting basic helmet. Nothing super fancy, just kind of a go to "it works" helmet. The fit adjust works well. I had to move the shin strap join passthroughs quite a bit forward to make them fit over my ears well, but now they are great.
