  • To Use: Place your yogitoes towel on top of your yoga mat or directly on the floor, dot-side down. Some practitioners start with a dry yogitoes towel, while others prefer to slightly dampen the areas under the hands and feet before they begin. When you are finished, avoid rolling up damp yogitoes with your mat.
  • To Wash: Machine wash cold with like colors. Deeper colors may require multiple, separate washings to remove excess dye. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or detergents with fabric softener, as they will make the surface of your yogitoes slick. Because some dye loss may continue beyond the initial separate washings, use caution when practicing on light colored mats or in light colored clothing.

Fine As A Yoga Towel, Terrible Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several Manduka yoga towels and they've all been excellent and the performance of this mat is no different but I don't know why dye is used on this but the color bleeds constantly and has ruined a few loads of laundry with the color. It's been through at least 10 rounds of laundry and it's still bleeding green (though it's becoming less and less intense). I would recommend Manduka but not this specific towel.

This Was A Repackaged Return

This product was a repackaged return. It was rolled up and bound with rubber bands and lack of information for a return. There was a black line in the center so I suspect it had been used previously. It was a gift from my daughter and I kept it as not to disappoint. A through washing cleaned the black mark. I would not purchase yoga products from this company again.

Best When Damp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. I have washed and dried it a couple times and it seems to hold up. The grippers on the bottom keep it still when practicing. It works ok dry, but best after spraying it down. If you make your own mat cleaner (witch hazel, distilled water, essential oils) then spraying it beforehand is also nice because you get some aromatherapy. My hands are dry so if I don’t spray it beforehand it’s a little slippery for the first 10 minutes until I get sweaty. Overall I’d recommend.
