Crab Trap

Didn’t open and close well. The square traps are much better than these

Doesn’t close fast enough to retap the crabs. Doesn’t work.

Stay Away!

Piece of junk - lines get tangled every time the trap goes in the water. Used once a spent more time untangling than crabbing. Zero stars.

Horrible Product

I bought two. They don’t open and close properly. Within 30 minutes I threw them out. Please save yourself the money and frustration.

Not Well Made

The item is hard to setup. There’s no instructions on how to set it up. The item is not well made. One broke on one use.

Needs Stronger Springs,

Worked ok in beginning, but springs gets rusted and weakened. Needs stronger springs to open if rusted. Good for one season.

Bad Design

Tried them for the 1st time tonight and I can honestly say that it's a horrible design and get tied and twisted every time!

Not Worth The Price

Trap doesn't close all the way. Not worth the money, don't waste your time. I wish I could get my money back.

Rope Gets Easily Tangled

Not happy. If it isnt sitting flat on a sandy surface it doesnt open. I tried using in Cold Spring Harbor and it tips over if it bumps a rock. I guess its made only for piers or docks.

Horrible, Don’t Buy This Trap

Poorly made and does not function correctly! Every time I pulled these traps up at least one of the cords was tangled in the small jump ring!

Not Worth The Money

I purchased 2 of these last year. Just took them out today. Without ever throwing one in the water I can see I would be adjusting, re tuning all day.If I wanted to continue to be aggravated I could just stay home with my wife.I might try for a refund but more than likely they are going to end up in the garbage.

This Is Junk.

Poorly made. Spend majority of my time trying to untangle the trap instead of crabbing. Trap Would not close properly so crabs got away. Dont waste time money on this.
