Arrived With Mismatched Parts

Reel had the incorrect handle on it and spool was obviously bent in a perfect box. Was packaged that way before shipping. Would have been nice to hear back on my order survey. Returned to a store without using. I was very excited to use and it looked like it would have been great. no local stores sell it so couldn’t exchange.
