Great Rod Holder

Needed something that would keep my surf rod and reel off and out of the sand. This is perfect. Goes into the sand easily and holds the rod and even holds a heavy fish until I set the hook.

Junk .Busted First Time I Used It And Cost More That Sea Strikers Brand (Made In Use )

It broke the first time i uaed it . Cost too much and is made bad. Very un happy with it.

To thin to be driven into packed sand, edges break when driven

The basic function was good, but the plastic lip cracked off the first time I went to use it so I had to return it.

Too Expensive, For This Schedule Pvc

This material is to brittle. The first time I used it and took a piece of driftwood to bang it into the sand, the flared edge cracked off half way around the spike Buy a 10’ piece of schedule 40 pvc and cut yourself 3 spikes that will last forever at 1/3 the price. Drill and tap a 1/4x20 bolt into it at your desired height and you’ve got a custom spike
