Solid Piece Of Equipment For The Money

We bought this several weeks ago and are happy with it. Instructions are not great. Thankfully my husband found something on YouTube to help us with the pulley instructions.

Poor Assembly Experience

Guy that delivered and assembled the equipment clearly had no idea how it worked nor had any training on assembling it. Took 4 hours and then had ‘extra’ washers and a nut head (I never get ‘extra’ parts). Advised the company who manages it I had zero confidence it was put together correctly and got zero response. Would never get that service again.
