Pretty good workout cage. The sit-up foot holds are a little too high up. But other than that, everything is very sturdy and helps get a good workout in.

Good For The Price.
I bought this system a few weeks back. The 2 box's arrived at my doorstep torn open with bolts falling out. Luckily no bolts were missing when I put it together. The cage is pretty good overall. My only complaint is of the pulley system. It is kind of cheaply built and it does not pivot. The bar that comes for the pulley is also cheap feeling but for now its doing the job. Also the dip bars in the back are so close together it is kind of hard to do dips. Overall I think this cage is worth the money. I did find another Marcy cage soon after I purchased this one that actually had 2 pulley systems and for the same price.
