Useless Junk

This product is useless junk. The whole idea of cardio equipment is to elevate one's heart rate; however, this cannot be accomplished with this device unless your heart is so weak that you shouldn't be exercising in the first place. The reason? THIS MACHINE OFFERS NO RESISTANCE! Even on the highest setting, the pedals turn freely with no effort.
