I bought this about a month ago when I brought it home from Dick‘s I started opening the boxes and going through everything and organizing and realized I am missing hardware the hardware is on backorder 4 to 6 weeks. It is extremely frustrating to buy something and there’s no hardware to put it together. I called Marcy and it sounded like there was an issue with the hardware so they just gave me double of other hardware instead of giving me what I need and they should’ve just waited for the hardware to come in to put it in the box. I went back to Dick‘s to talk to an employee to see if they could help me maybe open a box and take the hardware out I need or call other stores to see if they had the Marcy smith machine to take the hardware out and mail to me but I got the impression that they didn’t want to do it so instead of arguing I just chose to wait for the hardware to be delivered.

Proper Motivation
This system was bought to increase the size and speed of our high school age boy for football. It is a very nice set that has got him motivated to work out. Assembly was not not difficult. Take your time and follow the directions especially on the pulley's and cables.
