Good Piece Of Equipment For The Money

This piece of equipment is easy to use. It . I know some commented on not having a video but it was easy enough for me to figure out my own workout . This product would not be the best for someone that is used to working out or into a more strenuous workout. I am 70 and just wanting something to begin getting into getting back into shape, especially during winter months when I can’t get out due to frigid temperatures. This piece of equipment is very easy to slide under my small couch, out of sight, and pull back out again.
