Glad I Bought This!

I've been wanting to get a Roman chair for years since I used one at a gym long ago. It really targets your core like nothing else. Your abdominals and back muscles will really feel it. I read the reviews on this particular one and decided to go for it. I'm glad I did. I put it together with no problems and it seems very sturdy. The first part of the directions indicate you don't need any tools but I used a wrench to tighten the nuts down so it would be more secure. I don't know if there be a problem if I ever have to take it apart but I'd rather have it sturdy than not. I'm 130 lb and it's more than stable enough for me. If you're on the fence about getting this, I would recommend it. For the price, I have no regrets.

Sturdy piece of equipment. Directions weren’t the best but it was a simple enough assembly. I would’ve liked to see a manual with some suggested workouts

Have been using this for about 2 months now and you can see and feel the progress. It has helped tremendously with my lower back building back the muscles and does wonders on the core

I've read a couple reviews on this product. Some of which were negative. The only negative i have is the instruction manual that comes with it. Anyone with limited mechanical skills or lack ability to follow directions should be able to tackle assembly in a few hours. My suggestion to those people i described is lay out the pieces and get familiar with them. Take your time and follow the diagrams. Those people with a vast knowledge of how to assemble something, this project will take you 25, 30 minutes tops to assembly. Those people that gave negative reviews are not very intelligent or people that complain about being alive. For $100 this product is very very nice. I have many pieces of exercise equipment in my home. This compared to some of the more expensive pieces ive purchased in the past from various sources is on par with all of them. It's not weak or unbalanced like someone mentioned in their review. I love this piece of equipment. If you have a bad back i recommend this

Flimsy

I don't know who is giving this product extra stars but anyone who has tried it out in the store knows that it's held together with paper clips and chewing gum. I thought it was going to break as I got on it and I'm not overweight. If someone offered it to me for free I would decline.

Base Is Uneven

The base is uneven and needs a shim to keep it balanced.

It arrived in less time than it was supposed to arrive.Have not used this particular product or put it together yet, but I used to use one in the gym and I highly recommend it for the waistline. Not a fan of using it for the back, although that is the recommended use.

Quality Feel At A Modest Price

This was for my home gym and I didn't want it to take too much space. I needed a Roman chair that would allow me to do back extensions and full range situps. This did the trick at an affordable price, feels solid, and the cushions are comfortable.
