I've had a problem with the right pedal falling off after about 4 minutes of peddling. Quite a pain to have to put it back on every time I used it.

It is very hard to adjust the seat. Seems really cheaply made.

Not Exactly Top Quality.
Putting the very inadequate instructions aside, I find this equipment to be very flimsy and difficult to use. The fit and finish of the parts is very poor making adjustments quite difficult. This seems to be a poorly engineered and sloppily built unit. Hopefully not all of your products are this poorly manufactured.

Not Really Worth It......
Had it less than a month and not sure I'll keep it. The seat adjuster assembly didn't function properly and I had to contact Marcy to have a new one shipped, which was prompt. The adjustment assembly does work as advertised but it's not a good design with just a rubber pad and tension to hold the seat in place (cheap). No slots or holes to secure the position. The pedal rotation is jerky almost like it's in an oval not round, not smooth at all and very distracting. While pedaling there's a noise of the rotation as well as a bumping noise with each rotation. That jerky rotation and noise will be the reason I send it back. This item no longer shows on the official marcy pro website to I'm assuming it's a discontinued item that Dicks Sporting Goods just happen to be able to order. Can't imagine any buyer being satisfied with it.
