Probably Works Ok For Righties But Does Not Work For Lefties

I purchased this as an inexpensive way to keep my son's glove properly shaped in his bag. When we got it home we discovered that they only make these devices for right handed throwers which makes it useless for us. Not sure why there wasn't one designed for left handed throwers, but apparently there isn't. Therefore, it won't work for us but it probably would work for a righty.

Simple Gear That Does A Lot Of Work

We all use a ball and oil, or beat a glove to form pockets but keeping care of a glove goes further. As the leather gets supple and broke in you still want to retain shape and not have a glove pancaked in a bag. This allows for the natural shape to be maintained and super simple to put on. My 9 yr old immediately puts it on after glove use and old had to be shown once how it worked.
