They use a running or baste stitch on most of the bag which has poor friction. If any part of the stitch is torn, the rest will eventually come out, and quickly. This was demonstrated by one of the loops on the side immediately ripping out the day the bag came in from the mail. I expected higher quality stitching for the pricetag.
