Great Sleeping Bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went on a week long trip with lows in 30s. I usually get so cold while camping, but I stayed very warm in this bag! I’m 5’4” and 135 pounds, and I had plenty of room to move around without feeling too confined while still staying warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bag because I like that the COMFORT rating is 14°. Most the time a sleeping bag will advertise it's survival rating. This bag might sound a little heavy.. but the weight to warmth ratio can for sure be worth it if you're in certain climbing conditions. I used it on Shasta when I did the summit this last weekend. Camped at horse camp and after the summit, I climbed in my sleeping bag and slept for 12 hours.. through a storm with temls in the teens. I had to bring my wet and snow covered gear inside the tent and seal everything up. Condensation was pretty bad and everything was wet or frozen besides me. Only nad part was having to get out of my sleeping bag when I was so warm.

Warm Down To 19 Degrees

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have taken this bag camping twice. First time had mild night temps in the 40s and was never chilled; opening the bag a bit solved any overheating. Just got back from the second outing where the temps unexpectedly dropped to 19F. There was frost in the tent and on the bag but I was completely warm and dry. Plenty of room inside, though I could use a little less length, as my feet sometimes get chilly because I’m so short I can’t reach the bottom of the bag to warm it up. Great shoulder season bag. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The product is warm and light. It also is a very good fit for my size of 5'9. I like that about it. I do not like the fact that it does not fit in the bag well. My husband got the male version and it is rated for lower temperature and it fits in the bag it came with no problem. I should have gone with that one. Hope this helps someone.
