Great Protection!

We bought this at the beginning of lax season this year. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Easy to move in it which helps with the quick shots, but still ample protection. I highly recommend.

Great But Straps Wear Down

Our son has this chest protector, maybe 8 months. Beware that the straps wear down and require constant tightening. It became so loose the front left dropped down two inches on one side and our son sustained a chest contusion. The plastic also cracked. Thankfully he checked out okay after X-ray and EKG but is extremely sore. We got lucky - we will consider a different chest protector for replacement.

Great piece of gear but shoulder straps should be more mold able to form to my sons chest/shoulders better. Currently very stiff and doesn’t shape to us thinness well.
