Good Carry Bag

Great bag for the price , penalty of space to carry everything.

Holes Not Big Enough For Clubs

So I got this bag for Christmas and the holes for the golf clubs are barely big enough for the club. The interior lining is falling apart so when I try to pull a club out it constantly gets caught on the lining. Pretty bummed, because I liked the look of the bag

Everything But The Grid

Bag is great so far. Did two walking days with it. My only criticism the the baffles for club organization. They are relatively narrow. So if you have some oversized grips. It’s not the easiest to get your clubs in and out. And because it’s basically one club per slot. It can be difficult to get your club back in on the fly. I bought the bag for it’s looks. And it looks cool. A different grid or baffle system would go miles to making the an easier bag to use. Cause the baffles are taking up waaaay more of the real estate for entry than a lot of other bag designs. That’s space that could be used for clubs. If I had my full set with my woods and longer irons it would be problematic and each time I return a club to the bag I would have to fuss with it. I still do as it is.. We’ll see how the strap attachment point holds up. As when I pick the bag up from the backpack strap it puts a lot of strain on the one attachment point. I’m concerned. So started lifting from the handle and then putting the straps on. But again. Bag looks very cool. Let’s see how it holds up over many more walking days. And abuse. I am very hard on things. So I will definitely be putting it through it’s paces.. will update review in a few months.

A Little Room For Improvement.

I’ll start with the shipping, as this related directly to Dick’s. The box was too large, and there was nothing to protect the bag. I was pleased with the shipping speed, and that it was free, but the box was a couple inches too wide and deep, and was also almost 18 inches too tall, with no packing material to stop it from sliding around, bouncing side to side, or to protect from damage in shipping. It arrived fine, but it could have gone bad quick. Now to the actual product. I really like it! It’s a definite improvement from the 7 slot cart bag I was using, but there could be improvements made. I wish it had double zippers in some spots, like the ball pouch in particular. The cooler area is smaller than expected (probably holds 2 or 3 12oz cans, and most courses sell the aluminum pints in my experience, so 1, maybe 2 of those). Additionally, this pocket has no zipper on it. The valuables pocket is directly above the ball pocket, so I can see myself hitting the valuables somewhat regularly during a round, as balls seem to like to play hide and seek with me. I’m definitely pleased with the 14 individual club slots, though some grips require minimal convincing to get in. It’s going to be a great bag, and definitely had the overall features I wanted, and was definitely at the right price point. I LOVE the camo design, but can’t decide if it will stand out or blend in at my local course. Lol.

So Far, So Good

A lot of pockets, great looking. No issues so far.
