I have purchased 2 of these bags over the past 5 years. The straps are simply under-engineered. First one lasted about 3 years without any issues then the handle straps broke while on a trip. Bought another one and that one didn't make it 2 years. All straps except the one at the bottom of the bag broke while on a trip. Only took about 2 trips per year.

Do Not Buy

I bought this travel bag for $218.49 on Sept 17th 2025. After my second trip at Christmas 2025 (100 days after purchase), AND ONLY the second time used, the travel case fell apart (see pic). Dicks will not return nor swap for a new one. Dick's return policy is 90 days, this is a product that "might" be used 2 times a year, at least for me. I will no longer shop at retailers that do not stand behind what they sell. They have far more influence on manufacturers than individual customers. DO NOT BUY. Attached are pictures, I even still have the box.c

Love This Travel Bag! Light And Compact!

Bought this for a recent flight and it worked perfectly, easy to carry and stow!

Poor Quality

Had this one year, the zipper broke 6 months in, then the plastic clip and this week the handle for the top of hard case broke. Can’t recommend this.
