Do Not Buy

I just recieved my Maxfli hitting net and set it up finally. The cords on both sets of poles broke and the poles are cheap and will put splinters in your hands. The entire net is cheap and flimsy , some of the pole guides ripped when the poles were flexed to stand it up. I would not bother to take it down and put it back up because it would probably not withstand being put together twice. I would not get another one even for free. Total rip off on Dicks Sporting Goods. Spend the money on something else.

Could Not Assemble--returned.

I thought I could assemble this as it seemed similar to camping tents, but the directions were pretty minimalist. Only 1 graphic that was not really to scale or detailed. It just didn't seem like the poles would bend as much as they needed to for it to fit, and I braced it against metal posts and walls. It just seemed too difficult for what I needed.

Works Great

I am a little surprised at all the negative reviews. Took me 10 minutes to set up. It is similar to a tent. Place two long pole sets through two different openings and run through. Works well a a basic net to launch balls into. Nothing fancy, but works.

Pole Broke In Less Than 2 Weeks

This was a great concept and my son was enjoying it until the pole broke within 2 weeks and it looks like you can not get a replacement.

Broken Pole, No Replacement Parts

We bought this in April 2018 on a whim while I’m the store waiting for our grips to be changed. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The pole recently snapped and being that we’ve only had it a little over 3 months I emailed Dick’s to request a replacement part. Their response was they do not provide replacement parts for this product. Way to stand behind their products. Don’t buy!
