Doesn't perform well. Too hard to keep opening it up to grab ball.

Never Got A Chance To Use It

I installed the item on my putter and put the putter in the basket on the golf cart. I was concerned that if I put the putter in my bag the spring clips would break off. When I went to use the mechanism, one clip was missing. I returned the item for a full refund.

I bought this item for a friend with a bad back. He said it picks the ball up great but when he puts it in his bag it sometimes comes open. This sounds like a breakage waiting to happen.

Lasted 6 Holes Before It Broke.

Broke on the 6th hole I used it. One of the hinge springs popped out and was lost. Magnet is also not strong enough to pick up a club.

I Thought It Would Save My Back ...

I bought this less than a month ago and it already broke.

I used this for around 4 rounds before the cheap plastic forks broke off. Very disappointing as my 2 ball putter cannot scoop up a ball from the ground and the grip is to big for most ball grabbers

Can’t even get the device to open up let alone retrieve a golf ball. Don’t buy this junk!
