Elderly friend broke her fibula, ortho said she didn’t need the walking boot any longer. Trying to find her an ankle support device was a challenge! This company was making very good quality braces and i have used it. Recently they changed the material of the strap and it is getting damaged/tear easily without much usage. I bought 2 in last one year and both broken. But the same product i bought couple of years before still got strong straps but that is unusable beacse of the age. Quality gone down , may be business tactics as customer has to buy more
