The McDavid Elbow Strap with Pads helps relieve painful tennis elbow and golf elbow symptoms through targeted pressure. Dual Sorbothane® pads and latex-free neoprene in a premium construction design that's easy to fit and simple to use for extended wear and recovering/healing after almost any activity. This is a Protection Level 2 product for Advanced Support. It is best for minor to moderate elbow instabilities or pain and promotes healing through the use of thermal compression and breathable fabrics.

Great Brace, But Need An Xl.

I love this brace. I've used elbow braces for years, originally due to tennis elbow and recently to prevent tennis elbow. My only issue with this brace is that there is no XL size. I'm bigger than the average person, but not huge, and I have to make this brace too tight just to have the Velcro connect. I just don't understand why they don't make an XL size.

Helps Alot, Wish They Had Xl Size

I have severe carpal tunnel and some days I cannot even make a fist and its very painful. Using a tennis elbow brace helps put pressure the nerve preventing me from closing my hand. I used a product before that had a ratchet type preasure point but it would cause soreness and bruising because it pressed down on a very small specific area which made the skin extremely sore. This product has a wider pad and feels much more comfortable to wear, my only complaint is there is no XL size.

Elbow Strap W/pads

The strap lets me work with a minimum of pain in my elbow. the strap is already snug when slipping it on my arm and the pads are firm enough to target the painful area. the velcro secures the flexible strap and will not work loose. I have to snug it up rather tightly and the strap is wide enough not to cut off circulation (or give the feeling as if it cuts off the circulation), unlike some cheaper ones I have tried before. I definitely recommend tis elbow strap to anyone with golfer/tennis elbow! I also appreciated the fast shipping and e-mail notifications. Thank you McDavidUSA!

Need Elbow Support

I had another elbow support product just like the two 489’s i just ordered . I loved my old one which i had forever but lost . My new ones are the same size(L) as what I had before but the new ones are too tight. I don’t have big arms ... but they don’t offer an XL

Suffered from epicondylitis for several years to the point where I could no longer do upper body workouts. Finally got the condition under control but workouts re-inflamed until I started wearing these. They are excellent and provide just the right pressure in the right places. Never workout without them. I use them several times per week and they lasted about 2 years before the velcro would no longer hold well enough. I have no issues with that. They have been very durable and I think 1-2 years is a good lifespan for as much as i use them.

I Was Never Diagnosed With

I was never diagnosed with any type of tennis elbow, but growing up horse back riding, playing sports and constant heavy lifting, my one elbow constantly cracks and tends to get pain on and off. I noticed i needed extra support when shooting archery as the pain tends to flare up most at that time. I purchased this brace and couldn't be happier. I can shoot targets a lot longer than I could without it and it relieves all the pain throughout the shoot. It was worth every penny!
