Most Uncomfortable

I bought these in late June for my 13 year old. He has played football for 3 yrs now. These shoes are killing his feet. We added insoles and no different. Dicks Sent Me Used Cleats Listed As Brand New :(

I bought these a few weeks ago and finally got around to wearing them only to discover that these cleats were worn before. The cleats on the bottom are worn down, the inside tongue has markings and the inside logo on the insert is almost worn off. It looks like someone tried to clean them up. I’m very disappointed that I paid full price for these cleats only to discover they had been used.
