Tread Wears Fast
My child and I were both excited about these boots when we bought them. They fit well and offered excellent ankle support, making them perfect for hiking. We were looking forward to a spring and summer full of outdoor adventures with them. Unfortunately, after just six weeks of wearing them to school about 3 days a week and a few moderate hikes (2–3 hikes around five miles each), the tread already shows significant wear, and the laces have started to fray. For boots at this price point, I expected much better durability. It’s disappointing that they haven’t held up longer.
