Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Product, worse customer service Purchased the shoe and it broke after 3 weeks of use. The rubber eyelet holding the ankle strap is too weak, and it is AN obvious design flaw. A separate incident happened AFTER this DEFECTIVE product broke, and Merrell customer service used this a scapegoat to get out of replacing what is a terrible product. Do no waste your money. Merrell Customer service also took 4 months (they claim 1 month) to come to this conclusion and refused to properly convey that decision to me even through frequent email AND phone calls.
