The All-wheel Drive, All Weather Jungle Moc

Here in the. Northwest, along the Salish Sea our long dry summers come to an abrupt halt around the end of September. And with the changing seasons comes a change in footwear. Away go the light summer shoes and sandals, and out come the Jungle Mocs. A month after our last warm Indian Summer days, the average temps drop to the 50s, and the rain returns. Fully half our annual rainfall will happen in the next 90 days, so waterproof NuBuck becomes more than a good idea. Soggy regular shoes don't stand a chance. Waterproof Nubuck Jungle Mocs do. Their slip-on / kick-off convenience means you can go shopping, walk the dog, do some yardwork, then easily leave them by the door, and not track fall's mud and leaves in the house. Great Waterproof Rugged Shoe

I needed waterproof slip-ons for chores around our rural property… but first a trip to walking-intensive and often rain-soaked Edinburgh, Scotland. I was able to keep up with my entourage in their tie-up shoes day after day with little or no interior slippage. Great job, good ol’ Jungle Mocs.

I bought a pair of 14 wide in 2024/2025 in this shoe and it fit perfectly. I’ve since ordered six more pairs within the last month and each pair measures 5 mm narrower than the shoe that fit perfectly. Needless to say, the tight fit is not acceptable, and all shoes have been returned. I am informed that Merrell changed their manufacturer and that the new manufacturer is making narrower shoes than the old manufacturer. That’s too bad. Before for-warned!

Merrell Nubuc

This outer is difficult to maintain and prone to discoloration. Bring back the Gunmetal Gray please.

Perfect Fit, Soft And Quiet.

I bought these for walking, which I do a lot of for pleasure, and for around town. The 9.5 fit is perfect on my 9.5 feet. No pinching or other problems. They are very comfortable and quiet on any surface. I have had no problems with rolling, but I would always wear a pair of my Merrell mids for off-road going for their ankle support.

Runs Small

Runs small. Bought the suede and nubuck at the same time. Both shoes were supposed to be 10.5. The suede fits perfect. The nubuck I can barely get my foot into. Feels at least a half size too small.

Good Shoes, Noisy Walk

I’ve been buying a pair of jungle Mocs every year. They fit my feet well, and grip the ground. This year I changed from wide to medium, which fit my feet but not my orthotic.

Arch Support

they were recommended by a podiatrist for their arch support, They are comfortable and my is not hurting as bad after wearing them for only a short time.

Sole Too Rounded

Nice shoes and waterproof, however the sole is too rounded which pauses a risk of rolling your ankle

Comfortable And Capable

Sized well, very comfortable. Great for easy to moderate hikes or around the campsite sorry a strenuous day on the trail

Dog Loves Them As Much As I Do.

These shoes are great! I had original pair for some time. We rescued a puppy, and he loved them also. Ordered a new pair, but he found those also. The comfort of these shoes are great! I’ll be ordering another pair and keeping them in the closet. 😁
