Nice
My only problem is no arch support and laces don't stay tied

Not That Great
The heal cup does not fit and or the size is truly sized correctly. This results in a very sloppy foot feel inside the shoe and it's like the heal of the shoe feels like it will at times flip out of the shoe. I have tried different ways of tying the shoes different ways to help to prevent the foot getting sucked into the shoe without the floppy fit.The insole insert is about as a very thin peace of cardboard and has no arch support what so ever. The tread on the bottom is good

Lightweight And Sturdy
I work outside walking on concrete all day. These shoes are lighter than most waterproof shoes you find and hold up really well. I did replace the insoles but the original ones weren't terrible I just wanted different ones. Overall a great shoe.

Wide, Waterproof, And Grippy
Mission: comfortable light trail shoe to accommodate WIDE feet with bunions, waterproof, dependable traction for a trip to Bowen Island in British Columbia, and any wet winter season weather. After trying on at least seven shoes from competitors (Topo Terraventure, Keen Hightrail, Keen Targhee Apex, Altra Lone Peak, Hoka Speedgoat, Oboz Sawtooth, Columbia Crestwood), I landed on the Merrell Moab Speed 2 GTX. I haven't taken them yet to Bowen Island, but first impression (especially compared to the other shoes) is that they are comfortable, the wide is roomy for toes and bunions; and Gore-Tex is tried and true, breathable yet of course warmer than a non-waterproof shoe, and Vibram TC5+ is confidence-building. Every foot is different and every brand fits differently, so I am glad these Merrells are hitting all the marks!
