Disappointing Fit And Materials

Shoes were a immense disappointment. I was very excited to get these shoes as they were seemingly perfect to wear for work. Materials are extremely rigid and stiff which allows little flexibility to stretch your foot naturally. Also the toe box is very narrow, even in the wide width size that I got. They still rubbed and left sores on the side of my feet. Tried to get compensated through Merrell support and all they offered me was a slight discount towards a future purchase.

Great shoe overall. Has made walking through slush/a couple of inches of snow feel like no problem at all. However, the Gore-Tex logo on the bottom of the shoe has started to peel after 2 weeks of use, kinda bummed about that.

Sloppy Foot Feel

The heal cup area is not sized correctly and my foot moves around like a clog. The cardboard foot Support is super thin and offers not arch support at all. The shoe is made well and the tread it great. But the sloppy foot feel makes it difficult to use. I wish I had tried it on in a store or I would have passed on it. But since I opened the box and tried them on I could not return them
