Too Chunky For Me.

I've been wearing Nova's every day since I got my first pair of Nova 2s. The Nova 4s are where it ends. Way too chunky.

Not As Comfortable As Nova 3

I returned a pair of size 12M and re-ordered 13M. They fit snuggly, but I am disappointed by that - a whole size is not reasonable. These shoe are for daily use in colder, wintery months, not for trail running. The comfort of the Nova 4 is worse than the Nova 3 size 12M that I own and love. I have not tested them in wet weather yet, but that is about the only remaining factor that I would judge them on.

Not For Me.

These were my first pair of Merrells. They were awesome for 5 days. Day 6 the soles began to lean outward. Soles started coming off in the toes. By the end of day 6 blisters started on the sides of my feet due to the outward lean of the soles. After day 6 I had only 60 miles in the shoes and have began looking to replace. Merrell Nova 4 Trail Shoe Review

I am very pleased with these shoes. They fit well, are lightweight for trail shoes, stable and grip well. Slightly on the heavy side for everyday shoes and they don't breathe much so they feel hot in warm weather.

Got em about a month ago, super comfy, great grip, wanted them for sloppy trail running and crappy weather wear ! Love the Drab green color!
