[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic. What I love: 0 drop, ample cushion, unibody tread that is very durable. What I’m not a fan of: like a lot of new merrells, got a blister in the inside of my foot and had to build up a callous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having metatarsal and arch pain and these shoes take all the pain away. Neutral shoe with great arch support and of course Merrell stopped making them. Bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wore these shoes to walk around Manhattan all day. Very comfortable shoe for urban hiking. Loads of cushion but surprisingly stable. I am a pronator and usually go for motion control shoes but these worked out fine for me.

I bought these as a test to reduce the shock of walking (hiking) and running on an old back injury. They worked extremely well in alleviating the problem

I just ordered my second pair of the Rubatos to replace the ones I ordered a year ago. I walk about 1-4 miles a day and have worn these on about 66% of those walks. They provide plenty of cushioning and support. I can wear these for long periods of time without my lower back and feet hurting. Suggestions to make this the perfect shoe: a little bit better ventilation, a little more width in the toe box and maybe add 1mm to the lugs. The lack of availability in colors and sizes makes me think these are or will be discontinued :>{ I wish Merrell would make more zero drop shoes and sandals.
