I have used this particular style for a number of years as a work shoe (blue collar, office based) and have found them to be robust, comfortable and stylish. The ONLY negative I have regarding these shoes is that they are a bit too low. The cuff should be 1/4" higher at a minimum. The top lace eyelet drops below the tongue wide point, exposing the inner lace to the leg and creating a pressure point. Everything else is perfect, all the way down to the grippy laces that stay tied.
