Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to China that includes a lot of walking on rough surfaces. Wore them to work the day after I bought them to help break them in, thinking I'd switch shoes sometime during my 8 hr shift on my feet. They were perfect from the start! I've been standing on hard floors for 22 years & am always looking for a good supportive shoe. These have so much cushioning and the best arch support I've ever found in a shoe. I now use them for work and my feet are sooo happy! Wish I could get them in a different color other than the gray/ light blue that I currently own. I need to get a second pair. LOVE THEM!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hiking shoe! I bought these hikers for a trip to Lake Tahoe in early July. We do big hikes (Mt Tallac) and this shoe worked out fine without any problems on dirt, snow and rocks. Most importantly the traction was great, no slippage and no blisters. I had initially ordered both a 6 1/2 and size 7 shoe but returned the 7 due to extra space in the heel. I use custom orthotics which fill up some space so I wasn't sure which size as my Brooks sneakers are size 7 with same orthotics (I'm a 5 1/2 in sandals without orthotics). Finding the right fit can be tricky but these will be my hikers for next year's hiking adventures as well. Hope this helps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice I wore these for the first time for a 4 mile hike and I was impressed with how little sliding I did and how supportive thee shoes were. I've hiked in running shoes prior to this and always slipped around. Now, I didn't wear them around the house much to break them in and I do have some blisters because of that but it is my fault. The sizing is a little small but I wouldn't size up because then my foot would slip around but I did order my true size and my one big tow butts up against the shoe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from COMFY SHOE! I bought this shoe a week ago and I am happy with it overall. Would have received a 5 star if the right heel had not started "squeaking" already.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for trails These were wonderful for our trip to Yosemite. I was able to climb rocks and use the back country trails without a problem. Very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I've only had a chance to wear these once for hiking but am very happy with the fit. I have narrow feet and frequently have trouble finding athletic shoes that fit. They are often too short when the rest of the shoe fits, particularly in a hiking shoe. My toes jam when going down a steep slope if the fit isn't right, but these seem to be good as long as I make sure the laces are tight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these shoes! I bought these shoes to hike in Zion Utah... they were awesome on rough terrain and sandy areas. Terrific grip on varied surfaces!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wider than ones in stores Not the same size as the ones I tried on in a local store. These are a lot wider. I tried on a 9.5 and they fit good. If I had known that these would get bigger I would have returned them. Side was ok but they are very wide like a men's shoe.
