Don't Waste Your Money

Possibly the most uncomfortable books I have ever owned. Side zipper opening is too narrow, so they are almost impossible to get on. The pull on the back of the heel to assist with getting them on is totally inadequate for the job.

Difficult To Get On And Off

These boots are very difficult to get on and off. I thought that they would be a slip on and off type having the zipper instead of laces, but it is a struggle to get my feet into them and to get them off. Also, they are advertised as a winter boot, but I would not consider them adequate for cold winter weather. Otherwise, they seem to be made will. Hope they last.

Expecting Great Things!

I haven't had the snow since these arrived to try them out. But I've been using the slip-on shoe version of this boot for a few years now and they've been truly amazing. I've always thought it'd be great to have a boot version of that shoe for the same traction and comfort, plus additional warmth and protection from snow getting into my shoes. So here they are! I'll update the review after I get to try them out while snow blowing.

Comfy Like Bedroom Slippers But Hard To Get On.

I'm a Merrell fan, I've had several pairs of their slip ons over the years and always been very happy with them. Regarding this pair. They are new and barely broken in but so far seem to be well made. They are very comfortable and as far as being warm which is what I bought them for they are very warm and toasty. I'll also further qualify my review with this is my first pair of Zip up Merrell slip ons, maybe that matters. So the big issue and its kinda huge is getting them on. All my previous Merrells have been very easy slip on/step in, maybe 3 second per shoe to get on. This pair is like putting on ski boots or hockey skates... real effort and a real process. They do not slip on easily. it takes a boot size shoehorn and a minute of forcing and twisting per shoe to get into. Once on they are comfy like bedroom slippers but holy cow a herculean effort to get them on. I actually prevents me from wearing them for short term use. The effort to get them on is only worth it if I'm going to be wearing them for a while. These are not the easy on /easy off shoes I use for quick trips like walking to the mailbox.

Love Merril shoes but these are just made horrible, can barely even get your foot in these boots. I have many pair of Merrill shoes and boots and this pair is absolutely miserable to put on. I don’t even use them as they are that awful to put on. The side opening where the zipper is was not made long enough.
