Not Waterproof But Very Comfortable.
NOT WATERPROOF! Wore in the rain for 10 minutes and my toes were soaked. Water came in from the top cloth toe area. Very disappointed. Otherwise, great. I wear them every day and they are super comfortable. I need a wide width so I don’t have too much choice in what hikers I buy.

So Good I Bought A Second Pair
These shoes fit perfectly and comfortably from the moment I put them on in the store. I bought them for a trip to Ireland and wore them every single day for two weeks.. I wear them now for my daily walks at home. I bought a second pair to wear working in my garden and doing landscaping chores. I wear a size 7 in sandals and everyday shoes but purchased a size 8, which is what I wear for running shoes. I recently wore these shoes to pressure wash our sidewalk and although my shoes did get wet after six or seven hours with the pressure washer, my feet were never soaked, nor did the shoes feel squishy.

So Comfortable I Wear Them All Day
Very comfortable! These are my second pair. We're going to Europe this winter and I felt that I needed a less worn out looking pair for all the walking I know we'll be doing. Oh, and they have great traction on slippery or wet. My only gripe is that the laces come untied too easily. Size 9W. I'm 72.
