I broke my wrist on this mat. I was transitioning to a different position during a yoga flow, this mat is so slippery that I lost my balance and fell. Absolutely horrible mat, it’s so cheaply made. Dicks also charged me twice and refuses to acknowledge or give me a refund after contacting customer service 3 times. If I could give this mat and this company a 0 star I would. Save your money it’s not worth it.
