I work outside, I bought this hat to protect my head and face from the sun. So far the Mission Cooling Booney hat does what it was made to do. Light weight and breathable. The brim does catch the wind a little bit but the adjustable head band keeps it on my head. Although I do not use it often the chin strap keeps it handy when not wearing.
