Sizing And Material A Bit Off, But Cute Nonetheless

I was hoping this would be more of an oversized fit based on the image but it’s quite fitted at the bottom. It hits at the hips nicely, being a women’s cut, but stays baggier up top creating a sort of balloon effect. The material is quite thin for the price. Design is cute though so I think I will be keeping it.
