Mizuno Always Delivers

Bought this glove for my son. Leather is smooth as butter. Almost ready to game out of the box.

Perfect For My 10 Year Old

Was worried bc We didn’t have proper time to break it in and had to use it immediately in an All Stars game. Not overly stiff and we had Dicks use the machine to break it in and it was perfect. Love the all black as it’s easy to tell which glove is ours in the pile of gloves in the dugout.

Excellent Purchase

I purchase this glove after my dog chewed the back off my 30 year old Wilson A2000, which I absolutely loved and made me sick to see destroyed. Since I just play catch with my kids (6 and 9 year olds), I didn't want to spend $300 on a new A2000. I found this Mizuno on sale for $149 plus an additional $20 off when I signed up for text messages. In total, the glove ran me $140 with tax and free shipping. I was blown away when it arrived (2 day shipping - way to go Dick's)! What a beautiful glove. The black and yellow look so good without being over the top. The leather was already fairly supple and I was able to catch with it right away. The glove fit my hand just like my old A2000. I can't wait to break it in a bit more (form a pocket, soften the hinges, etc.). I guess only time will tell how it holds up, but I don't expect any issues. I wear my glove traditionally. I noticed that this glove may not be the best for this who wear it with two fingers in the pinky as the pinky finger feels a bit narrow. One last thing. It was important to me to purchase a glove which was NOT made in China. While I would have preferred a glove made in the USA or Japan, this glove was manufactured in the Philippines, which is OK with me. I just wish Dick's (or any store for that matter) would list the country of origin on their website. Overall, great glove. I would recommend this glove to anyone who wants a high quality glove for a great price.

Steerhide Leather For Cowhide Price!

Same kind of leather they ise on A2000 and HOH , Better laces than Wilson imo, for the price of a GGE! Few minor flaws a chunk of leather is missin from top corner of web ,leather is a lil thin under web, thats if im being picky
