Glove Is Well Constructed But Dick's Didn't Send The Sleeve

The Mizuno Pro Series is supposed to include a glove carrying sleeve,. The glove arrived unwrapped, in a wet box, no protection whatsoever and no sleeve. I paid full price, when many sites offer discounted pricing, and feel like the service was subpar. I was able to easily price match a competitor using the chat feature on Dick's website later. I give the glove itself 5 stars. It is well constructed and the blonde is beautiful but looks like it would easily discolor so be careful choosing a leather conditioner. Break in is not difficult, as the Deguchi kip leather forms to the hand with use. I would like to receive the sleeve that is supposed to come with the glove...very disappointed in Dick's for the lackluster shipping effort.
