Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glove for the money! Got this glove a couple weeks ago. The leather is very high quality for this price category, it's pretty stiff out of the box - which is a good thing! I believe it's steer hide actually. The inside lining is very comfy, especially the sweat/wristband. The Velcro "Power Lock" strap is great to adjust the glove to your exact fit. I'm not a baseball/softball expert by any means, however as someone who's owned a few gloves as well as tried on a lot of gloves in sporting goods stores, this glove feels like a premium-quality glove for a non-premium price. Plus (and this is just personal preference), I love gloves that are any combination of brown, tan or beige/camel colored and this glove just looks great IMO. In fact I think Mizuno has the most gloves of any manufacturer in these colors. A similarly-colored and styled glove from the "Big Two" (if you can even find one in this color scheme with an adjustable back that is) would run you probably $150 (US) at least. One feel of this glove and you just know it's going to last you many, many years!
