Tremendous Bat

Great durability but, as with ANY two-piece carbon fiber bat, it will most likely not survive in cool weather. I hope your sales staff let customers know NOT to use this bat in temps below 60 degrees. Most bats of this type aren’t even warranteed for sub-60 degree usage. If you choose to do so, and the bat breaks, don’t blame Mizumo.

Mizuno Terrible Quality/ Customer Service

Purchased this bat in June for a 10u softball player. She played 10 games and has done tee work and front toss since the season ended. Last week the bat inside has come loose and now rattles. Mizuno customer service (Troy) claimes this might make the bat work better, and if I wish to use the warranty I need to pay to ship the bat back or they will not replace. Easton and the other big bat companies just replace and don’t make the customer pay more just to have a quality bat. Stay away Mizuno is not a quality company
